Nauset Works with iCorps' to Implement Microsoft 365
[Ben Goldfarb - Nauset Construction] Nauset implemented Microsoft 365 at the beginning of 2015. And at first, it was a relatively scary move as the head of IT internally at Nauset, because, one, it involved, basically, moving our exchange email to a new exchange. And if you touch people's emails, they go bezerk. If they don't have access to it for one second, the go bezerk. So that part to me was a little — I was a little apprehensive about doing it.
But iCorps, again, did a very sound strategic analysis of how the rollout would go. And everything went smoothly. It was well-staffed in terms of manpower by iCorps. And the steps were followed. The transitions were smooth. And I guess, at the end of the day, the follow-up with training and implementation with my staff proved to be a success.
