Michael Hadley
President, CEO, and Co-Founder
Michael founded iCorps in 1994 with the mission of delivering and supporting practical, cost-effective IT services and IT solutions that would allow businesses to focus on their core objectives. Over the company's 20-year history, Michael has been effective in leading iCorps to become an elite IT provider in the Northeast and one of Massachusett's largest IT firms.
Christopher Cook
CFO and General Counsel
Christopher Cook joined iCorps in 2000 as CFO. He oversees the firm’s financial operations, including accounting, reporting, monitoring, and control. Christopher leverages his financial and legal background to address the specific needs of iCorps’ diverse clientele. His expertise and counsel have allowed iCorps to strategically advance its corporate objectives for long-term growth.
Jeffery Lauria
Vice President of Technology
As Vice President of Technology, Jeffery Lauria is responsible for managing iCorps' client accounts and technology partnerships. Jeffery ensures iCorps' competencies represent the most innovative technologies so that our clients are positioned for optimal efficiency and enterprise-level security. His leadership in migrating clients to Microsoft's Office 365 suite and Azure platform have contributed to iCorps' success as a top cloud partner in the Northeast.
Kirk Fackre
Vice President of Sales
As Vice President of Sales, Kirk is responsible for implementing strategic sales plans based on the company's goals and objectives. Throughout much of his career, Kirk has concentrated on how technology helps organizations become more productive by managing, organizing, and sharing critical knowledge, information and expertise.
Nathalie Fode
Director of Human Resources
Nathalie Fode joined iCorps in 2009 as Director of Human Resources. She oversees everything from recruiting and employee relations to performance management and benefits. She has a Bachelor of Arts from the Ecole Des Cadres de Paris, Paris France, and holds an HR Management Certification from Bentley University. Nathalie is also an active member of NEHRA and SHRM.
John Melaugh
Director of Operations
iCorps’ Director of Operations, John Melaugh, is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and service delivery of the iCorps Consulting teams and Network Operations Center (NOC). John is responsible for building and leading our high-performing consulting team, driving operational excellence, and growing client relations.
Michael Plourde
Corporate Controller
Michael Plourde joined iCorps in 2009 as an Accounting Clerk and has worked his way up to his current position as Corporate Controller. Michael oversees the daily accounting functions of the business and utilizes his skills in analytics and reporting for the financials. Michael holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Stonehill College.
Ruby Pontbriand
Marketing Manager
Ruby Pontbriand joined iCorps in 2023 and oversees iCorps' strategic marketing initiatives, focusing on driving brand awareness and business growth. Before joining iCorps, Ruby held marketing director roles for the Robotics Education & Competition Foundation, MAPFRE Insurance, and the REALTOR Association of Pioneer Valley. She has a BA in Communication and a minor in Visual & Performing Arts from Worcester State University.
