Michael founded iCorps in 1994 with the mission of delivering and supporting practical, cost-effective IT services and IT solutions that would allow businesses to focus on their core objectives.
His responsibilities include overseeing the company’s financial and operational performance as well as iCorps’ overall strategy. He has more than twenty years of experience in providing technology consulting to both senior business and IS executives. His consulting experience is focused on the strategic use of information technology.
Prior to founding iCorps, Michael was a senior technology executive at CSC Index, the management consulting branch of Computer Sciences Corporation, where he managed worldwide IT operations including critical systems, telecommunications, networking, video conferencing, and technical support.
Michael currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Starlight Children’s Foundation of New England.
Christopher Cook joined iCorps in 2000 as CFO. He oversees the firm’s financial operations, including accounting, reporting, monitoring, and control. Christopher leverages his financial and legal background to address the specific needs of iCorps’ diverse clientele.
Prior to joining iCorps, Christopher was a senior accountant at Ercolini & Company, LLP where he provided a wide range of tax and business planning services to clients across multiple industries and market segments.
Christopher holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Northeastern University and is a registered CPA. Chris also holds a JD from Suffolk University Law School and is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
Christopher is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Massachusetts Society of CPAs, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Boston Bar Association.
As a member of iCorps' executive management team, Tubbs-Herron ensures operational excellence across all aspects of the company's customer-centric services delivery as it continues its expansion to major markets along the Northeast Corridor.
With more than 25 years of experience in the services and software industry, Tubbs-Herron brings tremendous insight and knowledge to iCorps. These skills - together with her legacy of unstoppable drive and innate ability to lead both businesses and people - position Tubbs-Herron as a catalyst for accelerating iCorps' growth.
Tubbs-Herron advanced consistently and notably in her sales career during 13 years at Digital Equipment Corporation and 17 years at Microsoft, where she led teams to the company's top sales awards. Most recently, she was the East Regional General Manager for Microsoft's Small Midmarket Business and Distribution and guided her team in aligning and connecting programs with thousands of customers and partners throughout the US.
