Michael Hadley

Michael Hadley

President, Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder

Michael founded iCorps in 1994 with the mission of delivering and supporting practical, cost-effective IT services and IT solutions that would allow businesses to focus on their core objectives. His responsibilities include overseeing the company’s financial and operational performance as well as iCorps’ overall strategy. Over the company's 20-year history, Michael has been effective in leading iCorps to become an elite IT provider in the Northeast and one of Massachusett's largest IT firms

Prior to founding iCorps, Michael was a senior technology executive at CSC Index, the management consulting branch of Computer Sciences Corporation, where he managed worldwide IT operations including critical systems, telecommunications, networking, video conferencing, and technical support. He has more than twenty years of experience in providing technology consulting to both senior business and IS executives. 

Michael currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Starlight Children’s Foundation of New England.

Christopher Cook

Christopher Cook

Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel

Christopher Cook joined iCorps in 2000 as CFO. He oversees the firm’s financial operations, including accounting, reporting, monitoring, and control. Christopher leverages his financial and legal background to address the specific needs of iCorps’ diverse clientele. His expertise and counsel have allowed iCorps to strategically advance its corporate objectives for long-term growth.

Prior to joining iCorps, Christopher was a senior accountant at Ercolini & Company, LLP where he provided a wide range of tax and business planning services to clients across multiple industries and market segments.  Christopher holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Northeastern University and is a registered CPA. Chris also holds a JD from Suffolk University Law School and is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.

Christopher is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Massachusetts Society of CPAs, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Boston Bar Association.


Kim Williams

Consultant to the Executives

Kim Williams provides operational insight and consulting to senior management on the company's customer-centric services delivery. Kim has been instrumental in helping iCorps become a leading cloud solutions provider in the Northeast and award-winning Microsoft partner.

With more than 25 years of experience in the services and software industry, Kim brings tremendous acumen and knowledge to iCorps. These skills - together with her legacy of unstoppable drive and innate ability to lead - position Williams as a catalyst for accelerating iCorps' growth. Prior to joining iCorps, Kim was the East Regional General Manager for Microsoft's Small Midmarket Business and Distribution and guided her team in aligning programs with thousands of customers and partners throughout the US.


Jeffery Lauria

Vice President of Technology

As Vice President of Technology, Jeffery Lauria is responsible for managing iCorps' client accounts and technology partnerships. Jeffery ensures iCorps' competencies represent the most innovative technologies so that our clients are positioned for optimal efficiency and enterprise-level security. His leadership in migrating clients to Microsoft's Office 365 suite and Azure platform have contributed to iCorps' success as a top cloud partner in the NortheastHis passion for helping organizations work more productively through the use of technology is recognized and appreciated by iCorps' clients across all industries. 

Jeffery is a highly accomplished Information Security Executive whose experience spans over twenty years in all facets of information technology. He participates actively in the IT community focusing on cloud services, security and IT governance. Jeffery's certifications include CISSP, CGEIT, CISA, CRISC, CCISO, CCSK and MCSE.


Ben R. Howard

Director of Operations

iCorps’ Director of Operations, Ben R. Howard, is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the iCorps Consulting teams and Network Operations Center (NOC).  His work developing training and security practices within iCorps help ensure we are always up to date on ever evolving technology and vulnerabilities.

Prior to joining iCorps, Ben spent four years managing systems administrators, network engineers, and security analysts for the US DoD in war-torn areas in Kosovo and Bosnia.  While working for the DoD, Ben taught three tiers of network security and defense courses to US Army Signal Officers and Information Assurance Officers. Ben also has a passion for education and the community. He is a certified SCUBA instructor and has taught classes at MIT. 


Doug Bosley

Director of Business Development

Doug Bosley joined iCorps in March of 2011 as the Director of Business Development. Doug’s primary focus is client acquisition and the sale of our IT support programs and Managed Services. Doug has been selling IT solutions for over 16 years. His expertise lies in working with Executives to understand and document their technical needs and developing solutions and programs that addresses those needs.

Prior to iCorps, Doug worked for a global IT provider as the Director of Business Development supporting the IT Consulting Practice.  He was successful in selling large ERP, CRM, SharePoint, .NET, and IT Outsourcing projects into a diverse industries. Doug received his B.S. in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has his MBA from Suffolk University.


Nathalie Fode

Director of Human Resources

Nathalie Fode joined iCorps in 2009 as Director of Human Resources. She oversees everything from recruiting and employee relations to performance management and benefits. She has flourished in her endeavors to bring top-notch talent to the award-winning iCorps team.

Prior to joining iCorps, Nathalie was a human resources consultant with various SMBs and has over 15 years of HR management experience. She has a Bachelor of Arts from the Ecole Des Cadres de Paris, Paris France and holds an HR Management Certification from Bentley University. Nathalie is also an active member of NEHRA and SHRM.


Michael Plourde

Accounting Manager

Michael Plourde joined iCorps in 2009 as an Accounting Clerk and has worked his way up to his current position as Accounting Manager.  Michael oversees the daily accounting functions of the business and utilizes his skills in analytics and reporting for the financials.

Prior to joining iCorps, Michael was an Accounting Associate at Vaughn & Associates P.C. where he provided a wide range of support for their many clients. Michael holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Stonehill College. Michael resides in New Hampshire where he enjoys spending time with his wife and cockapoo, Lulu.


Melissa Kane

Marketing Manager

As iCorps' Marketing Manager, Melissa Kane is responsible for overseeing the company's communications, lead generation and branding strategy.  Melissa brings 8+ years of marketing and communications experience to iCorps, along with a competitive spirit and passion for writing.

Prior to joining iCorps, Melissa led the Marketing team for a global manufacturing company. She is also a former award-winning journalist and holds a B.A. in Communications & Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Melissa served on the Board of Directors for the homeless shelter in her local community and enjoys applying her Marketing background to nonprofit causes.
