From the Cloud to the Ground — Fighting Hunger, Reducing Waste

iCrops Logo 2021

Once upon a typo…

A simple email mishap turned “iCorps” into iCrops — and sparked a movement. Instead of hitting delete, our team leaned in. What if we could use this “mistake” to make a real impact?

Thus, the iCrops Initiative was born — a heartfelt effort to connect garden-fresh produce from local growers to families who need it most. Together with our friends at AmpleHarvest.org, we're fighting hunger and food waste, one garden at a time.

Have extra veggies in your backyard? Know a local gardener? Or just want to lend a hand? You can help make iCrops grow. Every tomato donated brings a smile to a neighbor’s plate.

Let’s turn small slips into big change. Join the iCrops story today by clicking the link below, or texting "iCrops" or "iCorps" to 44321 to receive a donation link.

🍽️ Nourishing Families

Hunger doesn’t always look like empty plates — sometimes, it’s families forced to choose between healthy food and utility bills. iCrops ensures they don’t have to. Gardeners become quiet heroes, turning extra harvest into real nourishment for real people.

🌱 Empowering Growers

Whether it’s a backyard gardener or a community garden volunteer, iCrops gives people a way to give back — meaningfully and effortlessly. It’s food philanthropy, minus the middleman.

🌍 Reducing Waste, Restoring Balance

133 billion pounds of food go to waste in the U.S. each year. That waste releases greenhouse gases, wastes water, and fills landfills. Through iCrops, that same food gets a second life — and a second chance to do good.

🤝 Building Resilient Communities

At its core, iCrops is more than produce — it’s people. Every donation weaves a tighter community net, reminding us that we’re in this together. It’s neighbors helping neighbors, one tomato at a time.
