Job Description:

This is a “new logo” position. You’ll be working inbound leads while leveraging your business development skills to source your own opportunities. You will be closing solutions ranging from managed service programs to stand-alone consulting projects to IT staff augmentation. You’ll be representing the “best in brand” IT solution provider and selling on value, not price. You are a team player, not a lone wolf.

You’ll work independently but not alone as the iCorps team stands behind every deal.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively initiate new business development opportunities to increase market share in Philadelphia while meeting pre-defined goals and objectives
  • Positioning iCorps Technologies against competition, negotiating and closing sales opportunities
  • Effectively communicate with both Business and IT leaders and position iCorps offerings
  • Close short term transactional business as well as nurture longer term strategic opportunities
  • Articulate technology solutions to address business problems
  • Use CRM as a tool both for you and for sales management
  • Proposal writing
  • Pipeline management
  • Work in close partnership with the iCorps sales and marketing teams

 

Required Skills/Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience selling technology solutions (cloud services a plus)
  • Passion for learning new technology in an evolving industry
  • Proven ability to meet aggressive sales targets (dollars, not dials)
  • Solution sales experience and mindset
  • Excellent communications (verbal and written) skills 
  • Excellent presentation skills and executive presence
  • Commitment to Excellence and Professionalism
  • Possess an assertive, professional entrepreneurial spirit
  • Have a hands-on work style: we are a lean sales team
  • Team player and always willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Azure a plus
