We are seeking a hands on Technology Sales Manager to prospect for new business and provide strategic
sales expertise and guidance to the sales team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly
competitive and possess the ability to think creatively and strategically with a proven track record in
meeting aggressive performance goals.
Responsibilities:
The primary role of this position is selling and delivering technical solutions as a team lead.
Requirements: Proactively initiate new business development opportunities to increase market share while meeting pre-defined strategic goals and objectives
Recommend and define sales strategies to expand services and programs
Outbound business-to-business phone calls to source and solicit new clients
Attend sales appointments and present iCorps solutions which are in line with prospective clients’ business objectives
Proposal and RFP writing
Negotiating and closing sales opportunities
Clearly and effectively differentiate iCorps from its competition
Provide leadership and direction to the sales team for the execution of all services and program sales
Management of the sales team including performance reviews, conducting trainings and professional development and ensuring quotas are achieved
Self-directed continuous improvement of sales and technical knowledge
Frequent travel between Boston and New York to support sales goals and objectives
Such other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you from time to time by your supervisor
Required Skills/Experience: BA/BS in Business or related degree
5+ years in selling professional services and/or solutions in a highly structured environment with a demonstrated track record of success
Be a new business catalyst with the capacity to ramp quickly
Possess an assertive, professional entrepreneurial spirit
Excellent communication skills and work comfortably in a fast paced, fluid environment
Have a hands-on work style, be a team player and always willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done
