Procurement Associate

to Enterprise level companies in diverse industries such as financial services, real estate,
biotechnology and manufacturing.

We are seeking a Procurement Clerk who will be responsible for procurement duties, as well as
maintaining positive relationships with our clients, vendors, consultants, and internal staff.

Responsibilities:
 Responsible for all aspects of the procurement process including proposal creation, placing, tracking and communicating all client orders.

 Promote product and service offerings while educating consultants about partner
promotions, volume discounts, etc.

 Maintain inventory list of all procurement items available for resale.

 Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly procurement reports.

 Prepare and email/mail all equipment, client services and monthly recurring invoices
based on our invoicing schedules.

 Respond to client inquiries regarding invoicing issues.

 Monitor client accounts for timely collections and make collection calls when needed.

 Additional duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by your
Supervisor.

Requirements:
 Basic procurement principles a plus

 Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and internet research skills are
essential

 Must be able to effectively communicate with consultants, vendors and clients in a
timely, professional and thorough manner.

 Must be a highly motivated team player and willing to take on additional or other
responsibilities as they arise.

 Must be extremely detail oriented and able to multitask.
