Michael Hadley

Co-Founder
Along with his partner, Christopher Stephenson, Michael founded iCorps in 1994 with the mission of delivering and supporting practical, cost-effective IT services and solutions that would allow businesses to focus on their core objectives.
His responsibilities include overseeing the company’s financial and operational performance as well as iCorps’ overall strategy. He has more than twenty years of experience in providing technology consulting to both senior business and IS executives. His consulting experience is focused on the strategic use of information technology.
Prior to founding iCorps, Michael was a Senior Technology Executive at CSC Index, the management consulting branch of Computer Sciences Corporation, where he managed worldwide IT operations including critical systems, telecommunications, networking, video conferencing, and technical support.
Michael currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Starlight Starbright Children’s Foundation of New England.
Christopher Stephenson
Chief Technology Officer
Co-Founder
A founding partner of iCorps, Christopher offers more than fifteen years of technology-related experience. Christopher’s chief responsibilities are to manage the firm’s Network Integration Services group, provide CIO-level consulting to iCorps’ clients, oversee the firm’s 24/7 Network Operations Center, and manage iCorps’ key strategic partnerships.
Christopher has served on various expert IT panels including MIT, MCI/WorldCom, and American Institute of Architects. He has also performed several speaking engagements and presentations on customer service and technology trends at Apple, Inc. Magazine, and Microsoft conferences. In 1998, he was recognized with the “Outstanding Achievement—Business Solutions” award by Apple Computer.
Prior to founding iCorps, Christopher served as Technology Manager for CSC Index, the management consulting branch of Computer Sciences Corporation where he managed the data network and technical support operations for the company’s fourteen branch offices worldwide.
Christopher Cook
Chief Financial Officer
Christopher Cook joined iCorps in 2000 as CFO. He oversees the firm’s financial operations, including accounting, reporting, monitoring, and control. Christopher leverages his financial and legal background to address the specific needs of iCorps’ diverse clientele.
Prior to joining iCorps, Christopher was a Senior Accountant at Ercolini & Company, LLP where he provided a wide range of tax and business planning services to clients across multiple industries and market segments.
Christopher holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting and is a registered CPA. Chris also holds a JD and is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
Christopher is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Massachusetts Society of CPAs, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Boston Bar Association.
